INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. Serrano ham
- ½ kilo of Watermelon
- 8 strawberries
PREPARATION
The first thing to do is clean the pipes and cantaloupe.
To get cantaloupe balls we will use a kitchen utensil called “scooper”, which is not hard to find.
Now wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
We have all the ingredients ready to assemble our kabob. As we shall be strung on a wooden skewer melon, strawberries and ham, interspersing them the way you like.
