INGREDIENTS
- 250 gr. cooked turkey breast
- a few leaves of lettuce varied
- 200 gr. strawberry
- 100 gr. raspberries
- 4 bunches of currants
- 200 ml. olive oil
- 50 ml. raspberry vinegar and salt.
PREPARATION
Wash the lettuce leaves and put them in a bowl. Add the turkey breast pieces, and washed and chopped strawberries and raspberries.
