Blackberry Atole

NGREDIENTS

  • 600 grs. corn mix
  • 1.5 lt. water
  • 2 cups blackberries, pureed

  • 2 lt. milkĀ 
  • 1 condensed milkĀ can

PREPARATION

Disrupts the corn mix in water and strain. Heat, stirring constantly, using a wooden spoon.

When start to change color, add condensed milk and blackberries. Mix well and add the milk, stirring all. Heat the mix uncovered.

TIPS

Serve with tamales, draw on the presentation plate lines with blackberry sauce, then place whole blackberries and two tamales.
